Tricia Higgins

Tricia has extensive experience in performing business reviews and providing value based solutions to a wide range of clients.Tricia gained much of her commercial contracting and data protection experience working in-house for IBM in London where she led engagement teams in drafting and negotiating multi-million-pound contracts for the licensing of software and the provision of IT Services. Drafting data protection policies and contracts was part of the day to day job.
Tricia further developed her experience working in London for a major law firm and a large publishing house. Identifying risk and ensuring company policies and procedures were adequate and up to date was a key part of her role. Tricia obtained a law degree from University College Cork in 1999 and qualified as a Barrister at Gray’s Inn, London in 2006.
She has over 15 years legal and commercial contracting and data protection experience. Tricia is a qualified Data Protection Practitioner and as a founder of Fort Privacy she has helped many companies with data protection compliance matters. This includes drafting data protection agreements and policies and providing training.
Shane O’Keefe

Shane O’Keeffe is the Chief Technology Officer at Wizuda. Wizuda is Ireland’s leading compliant data transfer and file share solution and is a wholly-owned division of iCONX. Prior to this, Shane has directed and led the delivery of iCONX’s software development programme, including the development of iCONX’s interconnect product to its current v10, and the launch and development of iCONX’s routing optimisation software. Shane is directly involved in leading Wizuda’s technical vision, business technological strategy and direction, direct DevOps department to attain the company’s strategic goals, and research leading edge technologies.
Donal Knox

Donal Knox is Business Manager in StubbsGazette with responsibility for Credit Unions and chosen financial services clients. Donal joined StubbsGazette in 2015 and is focussed on understanding his clients requirements particularly regarding KYC Compliance. He has built very strong business relationships and works very hard to deliver complete solutions in order to deliver quantifiable value to his clients, and to help ensure that they are fully compliant with their legal and regulatory obligations to internal and external stakeholders. Before joining StubbsGazette Donal worked for a number of years as a key account manager for a computer hardware company marketing to the Credit Union sector.

Stephen Laffan is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager and is one of Ireland’s leading privacy and data protection professionals. His experience spans key topics including Information Governance, Information Security Governance & Compliance, Risk Identification, Audit, Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Planning, Change Management, Breach and Incident Management. Stephen’s previous roles include, the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner – (Technology Auditor), Zurich Insurance, – (Data Security Service Executive), and Espion/BSI – (Data Protection & Information Governance Manger).
James Treacy

James is the founder and CEO of BPSG Ltd which purchased StubbsGazette from international credit ratings agency D&B in 2008. StubbsGazette is one of Irelands oldest and foremost brands dating back to 1828 when it was first published by the Irish Mercantile Association.
Since the acquisition, StubbsGazette has vastly expanded operations and is a market leader in Credit Referencing, KYC and ID Verification Software Solutions in Ireland. StubbsGazette is a complete solution that enables organisations to manage their KYC, credit, and compliance requirements saving them time and money and boosting their bottom line.
James was a founding member and Chairman of the Irish Fraud Bureau, an agency which advised organisations on fraud prevention. The IFB was asked to conduct research on fraud in the Irish financial sector in 2008. James presented its findings along with CAB to the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service.
Danielle Cussen

Danielle is Managing Director at Wizuda and was a founder member of iCONX Solutions Ltd, specialising in secure and safe data transfer since 2001. Wizuda is Ireland’s leading compliant data transfer and file share solution and is a wholly-owned division of iCONX.
Prior to heading up Wizuda, Danielle was Head of Global Account Services for iCONX, managing all aspects of their customer support and account operations for telecom operators such as Vodafone, Virgin Media and KPN across a customer base in over 20 countries worldwide.
Danielle’s previous roles included Head of Interconnect Billing at BT Ireland and she holds an MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.
Danielle was a key note speaker at the Annual DPO Conference in the Aviva Stadium in January and is scheduled to speak at the IAPP European Data Protection Conference in Brussels in November.
